- Can a facial recognition system work without internet?
- Yes. Detection and recognition run on your own server or an edge device such as an NVIDIA Jetson or industrial PC, so recognition, door control and logging keep working with no internet connection. - How accurate is it with glasses, beards, masks or poor lighting?
- Accuracy depends mostly on camera placement, image quality and enrolment. We test on footage from your own site, tune thresholds to your risk level and fine-tune the model where needed — and we tell you honestly where a setup will struggle before you commit.
- How is biometric data protected?
- Face templates are stored encrypted on infrastructure you control, access is role-based and logged, and retention follows your policy. We sign an NDA before discovery, and you own the code, models and data outright.
- Can it use our existing CCTV cameras and HR or payroll system?
- Usually, yes. We read standard RTSP/ONVIF camera streams and send attendance or access events to your HR, payroll, ERP or access-control system through its API, database or a custom connector.
